Marketing Automation Specialist
You’ll build and maintain the behind-the-scenes systems that help our clients get leads, book appointments, and respond automatically.
This role centers around creating smooth workflows inside our CRM. You’ll set up new client accounts, adjust pipelines, manage automated text and email sequences, and troubleshoot any issues that come up. You’ll also help improve existing automations as we refine how clients move through booking flows, reminders, review requests, and lead nurturing.
A typical day may include updating AI assistants, connecting forms, adjusting triggers, fixing broken steps, cleaning up client data, and reviewing reports to make sure everything is firing correctly. You’ll work closely with our onboarding team during setup phases and our client success team after launch.
If you enjoy solving problems, building simple logical systems, or making tech work better with fewer steps, you’ll love this role. Experience with CRMs is helpful, but we’ll teach you our tools and processes.
