Client Success Coordinator
You’ll help clients stay organized, supported, and moving forward by managing communication, simple updates, and follow-up tasks inside the Local Pulse system.
In this role, you’ll check in with clients, gather the details needed for their projects, and help them understand what’s happening inside their account. You’ll monitor incoming leads, watch for anything that looks off, and update notes inside our CRM so the whole team stays on the same page.
Your day may include answering client questions, sending reminders, reviewing messages inside their system, and making sure their website or automations have what they need to run smoothly. You’ll work closely with our onboarding and automation teams to keep everything organized as clients move through each phase.
You don’t need a marketing background — just strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to keep things calm and organized even when clients are busy.
